I have to agree that this was an amazing show. Personally, I love the 15 minute format because it is so tight and full of spiritual gems, and also – in this busy life we lead – very convenient. I find it such an inspiring way to begin my weekend.
However, if you prefer a longer show, I recommend the monthly one-hour show, Aetherius Radio Live. This is co-hosted by Richard and me, and is extremely in-depth on many different aspects of our teachings. The show that will be live on Tuesday, April 19 promises to be really fantastic because it is on the first Transmission given by The Master Aetherius in Caxton Hall, London. This was on January 29, 1955. I believe it will be available here on Aetherius.org within about a week. I hope you will listen!
This question has probably come up many times before, especially with all the very positive human transformations this excellent podcast has been generating. Was Richard Lawrence considered ‘heir apparent’ in the Aetherius Society? If not, who would be considered the living spiritual leader today? There must be a ‘head’ at the top of any structured initiative I should think. The need for forward direction, decision making, community leadership, etc. would be critically important. I assumed it was Mr. Lawrence given his persona, obvious knowledge on the subject and his long-term association with the Society and Dr. King. I was just curious and I eagerly look forward to each and every fascinating podcast he produces each week.

To answer your questions:
Richard is the most senior person in the Society, and probably has the biggest public profile, but no one was or is considered heir apparent to Dr. George King. We were told Dr. King would not be replaced. He hasn’t been replaced, and even if someone in the future were to claim contact with the Cosmic Masters, we would not formally recognize those claims. Brian Keneipp in the American Jurisdiction holds similar positions to Richard, but neither of them, or anyone else, has absolute power. We do have a hierarchical leadership structure in the Society and various official bodies, which are responsible for forward direction etc as you describe, with Officers around the world, but anyone can be democratically challenged, and outvoted or removed from any positions. There are also many people who are not in leadership positions who make invaluable contributions – teamwork and cooperation are the nature of this age after all!
