Heal Within, Heal the World is a sacred gathering that unites spiritual practice, contemplative presence, and living wisdom.

These sessions offer a calm, supportive space to reconnect with your true self, raise consciousness, and consciously send healing to our world.

By turning inward together, we awaken peace, clarity, and compassion — recognising that inner transformation naturally radiates outward, uplifting humanity as one human family.

Each session may include:

• Sacred spiritual practices for inner renewal and balance
• Yogic breathing, mantra, and mystic visualisations
• Contemplative stillness and inner listening
• Spiritual teachings and audio extracts from Dr. George King
• Reflection, group discussion, and open Q&A
• Collective healing intention for the world and its challenges

Livia was first introduced to the mystical practices of King Yoga 25 years ago and they have become part of her regular spiritual practices. Livia leads and presents weekly Absent Healing and Mantra chanting practice rooms with AWAKENING THROUGH KING YOGA. An international online community – serving hundreds of seekers around the world who are exploring the teachings and practices of ancient yoga philosophy – to raise consciousness in the spirit of global service.
