Which currency should I use?

If you live in North or South America, or in Australasia, please place your order by selecting the price in US$ – your order will be processed by the American Headquarters in Los Angeles, USA. (If you live in New Zealand you can purchase in NZ$ from the New Zealand branch website.)

If you live in Europe, Africa or Asia, please place your order by selecting the price in GB£ – your order will be processed by the European Headquarters in London, UK.

If you live elsewhere you may use either currency.

How long will my order take?

We process orders as quickly as we can, and customers in the USA and UK should generally expect to receive their orders within 7-10 business days. However this cannot be guaranteed and there are sometimes unavoidable delays. If you would like to know how long your order is expected to take, or if you would like to enquire about expediting your order, please contact us as per the details below.

For orders placed in GB£

UK: Free shipping for books, CDs and DVDs regardless of the amount of items purchased in a single order. This excludes orders containing a pendulum which will be charged £3 P&P per order regardless of the amount of items purchased.

Rest of world: £6 per order regardless of the number of items purchased.

Paypal won’t accept my credit card, what can I do?

If you have previously setup a Paypal account, or purchased something from another website using your credit card, then you may have to log in to Paypal to be able to use this card.

What is an audio download?

An audio download is a file that you can buy and then transfer directly to your computer over the internet. Once downloaded, you can listen to it on your computer, or with a portable listening device such as an iPod or MP3 player.

The Aetherius Society’s downloadable audio files contain the same material as the CD of the same name. Some titles also have supplementary PDF files.

Can I download the audio files directly to my mobile device?

For Apple devices, download to your desktop or laptop computer and place into your iTunes library. Once they are in iTunes, sync your device with your computer and the files will be transferred. To download directly to your Apple devices, a third party download manager app must be used in place of Safari. You may want to explore Downloads Lite.

For Android, Google, or Kindle Fire devices, you may download directly to your device and listen, read, or watch upon completion of download.

If you do not see your device listed here, please consult your owner’s manual.

Are the audio files supported by all Apple and PC programs?

Our audio download files are .m4a format and are supported by all Apple programs and most PC programs. Earlier versions of Windows Media Player do not support .m4a files, but the newer versions do. If you have a version that does not support .m4a you will need to convert our audio file to .mp3 format, or you may find it easier to purchase the CD version instead.

Why can’t I open my downloaded audio file in iTunes? (Safari users)

The simple solution is to use another web browser to download your file, such as Chrome or Firefox. If this is not an easy option for you, then open the folder where your audio file is downloaded to (for most users this would be the “Downloads” folder). Locate your audio file and notice that the filename reads “FILE-NAME.m4a.mp3”. Delete “.mp3” from the end of the filename. Once you have edited the filename to “FILE-NAME.m4a” you can open your file in iTunes. Unfortunately this is a problem caused by Safari and is out of our control.
