To prepare yourself for this audio experience and to benefit the most from it, first, become aware of your posture.
Sit comfortably but keep your spine straight.
Place your hands on your knees, with your fingers outstretched and have your feet flat on the ground. Or, if you are sitting on the floor, just rest your hands on your lap or knees.
Try to release any tension in the shoulders – roll them a few times if you like.
Now become aware of your breathing.
Without any strain, fill your lungs completely as you breathe in. And then gently expel all the air from your lungs as you breathe out.
Allow the length of the in and out breaths to become equal.
If you wish, you can mentally count the length of your in-breaths. Then breathe out to the same count.
Continue this deep regular breathing while the music continues.
Then relax, yet remain alert and allow yourself to tune in to these profound spiritual truths.
