We warmly invite you to come along to our first-ever Wisdom Sunday on February 22nd, from 2pm-3.30pm to explore how you can start to awaken this higher part of your own being – the superconscious mind:

• Discover your awesome spiritual potential with recorded extracts from Dr. King’s lectures on this topic  
• Take part in meaningful discussion, ask questions, and share your own experiences with others
• Cultivate inner peace with a powerful yoga breathwork practice you can do at home
• Awaken your heart chakra to help heal our world—and cultivate a deeper connection with your own superconscious mind
